Oller has established a center of production in Sierra de Segura.

Sierra de Segura in Jaen, Spain is the second oldest olive oil origin in Spain. Mr. Jimenez inherited the passion of his family, who initiated their business before the Spanish Civil War. Olive Oil produced by OLEOFER SL, is supervised by Consejo Regulador PDO Sierra de Segura and has an origin certificate to guarantee the quality of the products.

With the finest traditions and continuous innovation, the company has become very popular in the Spanish foodstuff industry and Oller is an important trademark of OLEOFER S.L. The production center has won different awards, including NYIOCC, Alas 2002…

Mr. Jimenez is very optimistic in respect to the Chinese Market. He said, “Oller is one of the Spanish ambassadors of foodstuff in China”. For this reason, in 2019, Mr. Jimenez established a center of production in Sierra de Segura to take the best oils to all Chinese families.
